順豐速運一向致力提供更優質及全面的增值服務給予客戶。由2010年1月4日起，順豐速運於香港區內推行代收貨款增值服務，以方便客戶的業務營運與操作。代收貨款增值服務主要為客戶提供分貨，物流派送及代收貨款等一站式的服務，務求配合客戶的業務所需而提供相應的便捷性服務。
S.F. Express aims at providing high quality and more comprehensive value-added service to the honorable customers. Starting from 4th January 2010, S.F. C.O.D. value-added service will be launched in the local area of Hong Kong, in order to facilitate the business operations of our customers.
