Starting from 1st of November 2008, pick up from or deliver to warehouse areas in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau will be charged warehouse service fee. Please contact our customer service representative for details.
2) 由2008年6月1日開始，所有往來中港臺澳快件，將按寄件當天我司最新公佈的滙率計算。
Starting from 1st of June 2008, all the charges included China, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau will be settled by the exchange rate of shipment date.
3) 由2008年12月1日起，所有於偏遠地區寄出或派送的快件均需另收取附加服務費$20。有關偏遠地區詳情，請與客戶服務員或登入順豐網站http://hk.sf-express.com查詢。
Starting from 1st of December 2008, deliver to or pick up from remote areas, $20 service fee will be charged. Please contact our customer services representative or visit our website at http://hk.sf-express.com for further enquiry.
4) 以托寄物體積重(航空運送: 長 x 闊 x 高÷ 6000, 不經航空運送:長 x 闊 x 高÷ 12000)及其實際重量，較重者計算收費。
Shipment charges will be based on volumetric weight (Delivered by air: Length x Width x Height ÷ 6000, Not delivered by air: Length x Width x Height ÷ 12000) or gross weight whichever is the greater.
5) 快件體積上限為2米 X 1.5米 X 1.5米。
We shall not accept goods larger than 2M X 1.5M X 1.5M.
